Bigboy Mawiwi confident of victory

are set to beamed live on SuperSport.
The other two games are Motor Action/FC Platinum tomorrow and the CAPS/Monoz on Sunday.
The Sunshine Boys have been playing well recently and they beat FC Platinum 1-0 away at Mandava.
But they are also coming up against a relatively tricky Rangers side that is fighting for life in the Premiership.
Blue Rangers are sitting third from bottom with 21 points and they are desperate for three points if they entertain any hopes of surviving relegation.
Partson Ndabambi’s men know they can’t afford to keep on dropping points at this stage of the season but they have to be at their best to break the solid Sunshine Boys.
Mawiwi hailed the beaming of their match live on SuperSport and is confident of a win when the two teams clash this afternoon.
“It’s quite exciting for the so-called small teams to be shown live on SuperSport,” said Mawiwi.
“It shows there is transparency and a high degree of professionalism in the manner in which these games are being covered.
“We all want to showcase our talent and it gives players a good platform to prove what they are made of.
“We are not under any pressure of fighting relegation and they are the ones who are under pressure so we will just play our usual game.
“It’s a motivation for the team and everyone is raring to go. We understand they are playing well but we will stick to our positive approach and we are confident of grabbing the three points,” said Mawiwi. Harare City will be without the services of defender Raymond Muchena who is out with an ankle injury he picked against Highlanders.
Regis Dongo is still on the sidelines with an ankle problem as well.
But Silas Songani, who has acquitted himself well in the Premiership after being lured from the now defunct Division One side La Liga, will be expected to lead the City attack together with Godfrey Nguwodzawo.
Rangers coach Ndabambi is also confident of collecting the three points but he is expecting a tough match from Harare City. They are playing well and it’s not going to be an easy game for us,” said Ndabambi.
“The teams are fighting for different causes on the log — we fighting relegation and Harare City would want to improve on their position on the table.
“We are just hoping that the screening of the match live on SuperSport can motivate the players to expose themselves out there and we will pick the three points.
“If we play the same way we did in our last matches I can see our team surviving relegation,” said Ndabambi.
Rangers will be hoping forward Norest Mukwezaramba maintains the form that has seen him scoring some important goals for them this season.
David Temwnjira and McDonald Motsi are some of the key players in the Rangers team.
