BLABBERMOUTH: After all, life is vanity!

WHAT is this that we hear about this other lodge and garage owner operating his business at a premise located in that other road, whose name has something to do with four things?
Word reaching Yours Truly is that the sharp-tongued budding businessman is in the habit of lashing out at anyone who dares to question the way he operates his businesses.
While the lodge has a name that has something to do with people moving from one place to the other, it appears the uncultured owner does not acknowledge that his clients really need time to rest without being disturbed by the sounds of sledgehammers that are being used by motor mechanics at his garage – which happens to be located at the same premises with the lodge.
Blabber will not talk about lack of privacy owing to the location of the two incompatible business ventures at the same place.
And whoever dares question the status quo there or calls for less noise, is met with unprintable punitive responses from the unapologetic businessman. Blabber being Blabber, equally sharp-tongued as our dear businessman, is seriously contemplating booking a match with this nincompoop.
Watch my space!
Far from the upsetting business operations of this ruffian, Blabber was touched to learn that the wife of our dear departed businessman is now selling almost everything that our late brother had amassed when his businesses were thriving.
I mean that other businessman, who died a few years ago and was into fuel retail business.
We all remember the days when the late businessman used to operate a filling station in that other industrial area very close to the city’s oldest high density suburb.
His name had something to with that other soil from an anthill. Word reaching Yours Truly is that the widow of our departed brother has sold properties that used to belong to the family, and Blabber is still digging deeper to find out the reasons behind the sale of some immovable properties that we all thought would be used to raise the departed businessman’s children.
Blabber is not judgmental and will not apportion any blame to the widow simply because Yours Truly really understands the trials and tribulations that come with being a widow. Perhaps things are not adding up and ends no longer meet, then what other options does she have when their children to be fed, clothed and go to school?
Accordingly, Blabber will be back with more details on the same matter, but be that as it may, one of the greatest lessons that Yours Truly took away from all this is that life is vanity.
After you have returned where you came from, ashes to ashes, soil to soil, all the properties that we amass in our lifetime will remain behind and be used anyhow by our relatives and friends. For that reason, always be humble, respect everyone no matter their social status, education level, religion or bank account.
Life is vanity!
