WHAT is this that we hear about this other city drugstore where all limits have been removed, and different types of drugs are being sold, both legal and illegal ones.
As if that was enough, the chubby chap running the pharmacy is also secretly selling alcohol, no wonder imbibers who prefer sipping on their wise waters from the comfort of their vehicles are flocking the place in their numbers.
We all know and understand that diversification is a form of business survival tactic in this volatile economic environment, but it appears this dude has taken it too far.
Blabber is actually shocked that this light skinned moron has been operating the medical assortment close to the offices of those who enforce the law as well as those who interpret it, but somehow never faced any form of arrest.
Now that he is operating two outlets, the new one being a considerable distance away from law enforcement agents, has been turned into a fully-fledged illegal drugs and alcohol shop, never mind the legal drugs that are also being sold over the counter.
While these shenanigans are going on at the two pharmacies he is running, a lot has also been happening in his own private life.
Word reaching Yours Truly is that the dude recently divorced, and his estranged wife is blaming the former husband’s sister for their acrimonious separation.
In fact, Yours Truly has it on good authority that the spoiled brat is actually working for the sister and even the house that he stays belongs to the sister.
Therefore, the sister has control over everything in his life, including his marital affairs.
When the controlling sister clashed with his wife, it meant he must take his sister’s side and leave poor wifey all because the boy knows and understand which side his bread is buttered.
Shame!
Be that as it may, while his private issues read like some soap opera or Star Life script, Blabber is more worried with the illegal things that the guy is doing all because of the need to protect the little that remains of our moral fabric.
After all, as an elder in our community, Blabber cannot keep his hands akimbo while this is unfolding in our midst.
And now onto some loudmouthed young entrepreneur.
For the record, we do not hate our upcoming businessmen as this other talkative entrepreneur likes to believe. We love them and want to see them grow in ETHICAL business conduct.
Blabber had so much respect for this young entrepreneur who runs a successful night spot close to some medium density suburb in our beloved city until Yours Truly stumbled upon an article he authored, an article that attacked journalists and social media followers for simply talking about a city eatery that had been closed for inadequate paperwork.
This is why it is wise to remain quiet at times because people will never know that you are stupid.
All along, Blabber did not know that this entrepreneur is loudmouthed and good at criticising things based on half-baked and ill-informed conceptions.
What purpose do we serve as a media house if we do not report on a prominent eatery that has been closed because of inadequate paperwork?
What issues can people talk about in public spaces and social media if they are gagged from talking about their beloved eatery that has been closed for inadequate paperwork?
In fact, Yours Truly feels this nincompoop deserves an insertion of his own.
