BLABBERMOUTH: Finally, the broke diamond dealer was evicted

LIKE Yours Truly has always said, I do not celebrate anyone’s misfortune, but instead, I try to learn and teach about other people’s mistakes as a way of avoiding seeing my dear brothers and sisters making the same mistakes in this life.
In the same token, Blabber was, all along, aware of the shenanigans of this other broke diamond dealer who used to reside in one of our old medium-density suburbs.
The man was a landlord on a street whose name has something to do with male chickens.
At the height of his life in the fast lane, he commanded a great deal of respect, and could have any woman in the city, particularly those of questionable morals.
He was, and to some extent still is, young. His name has something to do with freedom.
Unfortunately, as Blabber pens this piece, he was lost all the financial freedom that he had.
Dear Reader, he is now flat broke, and barely has two pennies to rub together.
Word reaching Yours Truly is that he was recently evicted from the house we all thought he owned.
Blabber is reliably informed that when he bought the house he did not pay the full amount to the seller.
Instead, he made a substantial deposit and assumed the money would keep flowing, but alas life is just not like that. Things turned nasty. All revenue streams, including the precious stones deals, dried up.
He resorted to abusing and peddling drugs, and harbouring thieves at his house.
Neighbours lived in fear and the once respected neighbourhood was in disarray.
As fate would have it, the man was recently evicted, and Yours Truly is still trying to find out where he has moved to.
Thank God, the innocent neighbours are now free and living their normal lives without fearing for their children.
So much about this wayward, broke diamond dealer!
Oh, by the way, before I sign out, Blabber was pleased to learn that, even though he is mindful of every cent that comes out of his pocket, our dear learned friend of rural background paid the medical bills of this other widow because he is a close relative of her now deceased husband.
I mean the widow who was recently discharged from hospital after being severely burnt by an irate Ben-10.
Our dear brother did the right thing by paying the medical bills, and Blabber is happy when we have responsible fellows who ignore everything and care for the children by making sure their mother is well.
I rest my case!
