VOCALIST Boi Breezy is all set to launch his EP dubbed Broken heart at Chemanza Stadium in Dzivaresekwa on Saturday.

The launch will feature a star-studded line-up of talented artists, including Jay C, Boss Pumacol, and several other musicians from the area.

Boi Breezy said the EP was inspired by the Dzivaresekwa lifestyle as well as his personal experiences, and it will be a fusion of dancehall, RnB and afro pop.

The EP also features Garry Tight and other upcoming artists from Dzivaresekwa.

He also cited financial difficulties, lack of proper management and sabotage by other artists as hindrances to his career.

“I am thrilled to share this new body of work with my fans. This EP represents a significant milestone in my artistic journey, and I can’t wait to perform these tracks live.

“We had to choose an open space to launch the EP to attract music lovers from the ghetto and for people to witness the amount of talent we have in the area for free.

“Fans can expect an extraordinary showcase of musical talent, with each artist bringing their unique style and energy to the stage.

“As a musician, I have no proper management therefore, I do everything personally and it’s been hard for me financially.

“There are instances where other musicians steal my beats and there is nothing you can do about it due to lack of influence.

“Another issue is lack of airplay which makes it difficult for my music to reach a wider audience, but I’m grateful for certain personalities on our local radios for playing my music even without me sending it to them,” said Boi Breezy.
