HIGHLANDERS FC players are set to regroup at Barbourfields Stadium for training and hold a meeting with the club executive, following a standoff earlier on Thursday morning.

The players had boycotted training to demand payment of outstanding signing-on fees.

A squad member revealed that after discussions between the team captains and club leadership, the captains instructed players to return to training ahead of a crucial meeting with the executive aimed at resolving the issue.
