Luke Mutupe told the court that during the first quarter of 2010, the minor used to visit the teenager’s place to play with his sister.
The court heard that on the day, the boy’s sister left her friend playing alone while she visited the toilet.
The boy came out of the house and joined the minor before dragging her into his room where he raped her.
She tried to scream, but the boy gagged her mouth with his hand.
He threatened to stab her if she reported the abuse. The minor did not report the matter. Mr Mutupe said the boy would on several times lead the girl to secluded places whenever she visited, before sexually abusing her.
The minor later developed sore wounds that made walking difficult.
Her mother took her to the hospital where she received treatment.
The latter narrated her ordeal to her mother who then filed a report to the police.
