The hand-over ceremony took place at 2 Presidential Guard Battalion in Dzivarasekwa.  Lt Col Makuyana commended Mrs Mubaiwa-Chiwenga’s gesture saying the wheel-chair would go a long way in assisting Quinton.

“We want to thank General Chiwenga and his wife for coming in to help the needy as it was not easy for the family to get a wheel chair considering that they had to incur other medical bills,” he said.

He urged families not to shy away with their problems but to come out in the open so that they can get help. Mrs Eve Mukorombindo, mother to Quinton expressed gratitude for the donation.
