A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD boy needs US$7 500 for radiotherapy after developing a growth on his neck.

Emmanuel Mauni has not been to school since December, last year, when the growth started.

His father, Killian Mauni, has appealed to well-wishers to help him fund the medical bill for his son.

“The sickness started in December as a small pimple on the head, in-between the eye and the ear, and at that time, it appeared just like a normal pimple.

“In January, it developed into a big pimple and by the time schools opened, his condition had worsened,” said Mauni.
