BREAKING: Cde Delani Moyo wins Zanu Pf Insiza North primaries

CDE Delani Moyo has been declared the winner of the Zanu Pf Insiza North primary elections held on Wednesday.

Cde Moyo garnered 1 588 votes ahead of Cde Moses Langa and Cde Qhubani Moyo who polled 1 185 and 837 votes respectively.

Cde Davison Moyo got 94 votes in fourth place followed by Cde Sifiso Mpofu with 54 votes.

Cde Nkosana Mthunzi received 21 votes while Cde Enerst Ncube got 19 votes.

Zanu Pf Matabeleland South provincial chairman Cde Mangaliso Ndlovu said the ruling party is confident of a resounding victory in the Insiza North National Assembly by election set for 14 June.

The seat fell vacant following the death of legislator Cde Farai Taruvinga in March.
