BREAKING: ConCourt outlaws arrest of prostitutes

THE Constitutional Court today outlawed police’s dragnet  operations in which women were being arrested when found in red light districts on allegations of soliciting for paid sex.

The Court said in the absence of a said client who alleges to have been approached, the women’s arrest are rendered unconstitutional.
