The High Court has quashed Oscar Pambuka’s conviction and sentence after an appeal.
Pambuka was jailed thirty months for allegedly duping the Zimbabwe Power Company of US$12 000 in a public relations deal.
His lawyer, Panashe Sagwete, successfully appealed.
Justices Pisirayi Kwenda and Benjamin Chikowero set aside Pambuka’s conviction and sentence.
