Lovemore Dube, Zimpapers Sports Hub

KINDMAN Ndlovu has quit as Highlanders acting chief executive officer ahead of Friday’s interviews for a substantive.

Ndlovu, who was voted as club executive committee member last year and was appointed three months ago to act as chief executive officer following Brian Moyo’s resignation, confirmed on Thursday evening that he had resigned.

He could not add any details as to why he had stepped down.

“Yes,” was his response when asked if rumours were true that he had relinquished the post.

He also confirmed that he would stay in his other capacity.

It is uncertain what led him to resign.
