A man, who was accused of defrauding businessman Felix Munyaradzi’s company Delatfin Civil Engineering, committed suicide this afternoon, a few hours before magistrate Stanford Mambanje was set to hand down his judgment, H-Metro can report.
Amos Kagona, also known as Chidhedhedhe, is said to have shot himself at Munyaradzi’s residence in Borrowdale.
Kagona’s accomplices, Jacob Muyambo and Saymore Mutakura, appeared before Magistrate Mambanje this afternoon and the matter was rolled over to Thursday.
