Fifteen people were killed when a commuter omnibus they were travelling in collided head-on with a Mazda truck carrying tobacco bales along the Chitungwiza –Dema road near Dzandura village last night.

Chief police spokesperson Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba confirmed the accident saying 12 people died on spot whilst three more died on admission at Chitungwiza General Hospital.

She said eleven passengers are in critical condition.
