BREAKING NEWS: Zimbabwe lands Sadc deputy chairpersonship

ZIMBABWE has landed the deputy chairpersonship of Sadc despite spirited attempts by some western ambassadors to block the move. This came in the wake of Sadc’s overwhelming endorsement of the harmonized elections.

The copy of the draft communiqué says the harmonized elections were free and peaceful and reflected the will of the people.
