ZANU PF First Secretary and President Cde Mnangagwa has appointed Finance Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube as Secretary for Science and Technology in the Politburo with immediate effect.
Announcing the appointment at the closing ceremony of the 23rd Annual National People’s Conference in Chinhoyi this afternoon, President Mnangagwa said the appointment was made in terms of Article 9, Sections 65 and 67 of the ZANU PF Party Constitution.
