BREAKING: SA Court finds Julius Malema guilty in gun case

EAST LONDON – Judgment has been handed down in the Julius Malema firearm trial after a marathon recap of testimonies by Magistrate Twanet Olivier.

Malema was found guilty.

Olivier said the court can’t find any bias with state witnesses.

Malema and his former bodyguard, Adriaan Snyman, were accused of firing a rifle at a 2018 rally in Mdantsane.

They were charged with violating the Firearms Control Act.

The two men were caught on camera firing a rifle at a 2018 EFF rally.
