COOL RELOADED WITH SWAGGA T
In a subtle nod to his status as a budding photographer, Brooklyn carried a vintage camera on a strap across his body during the impromptu dance routine.

Good to be back, what a long break although short I was having fun.

I missed you all and thanks to Swagga Mama for keeping the heat firing at full blast.

I enjoyed how Swagga Mama grilled up the swag and well done, after all the apple does not fall far from the tree.

Back to business. We congratulate our girl Tanyaradzwa Muzinda who has left the country ahead of her month-long Europe tour.

The 11-year-old reigning Junior Sportsperson of the Year will compete at the FIM races in Belgium, Italy, France and Netherlands starting today till August 21.

The race will feature some of the world’s best racers.

Speaking to CLS before she left she was enthusiastic and hoped to do her best to continue raising the country flag high.

“I am super excited about this tour. I want to prove to them that girls can do better,” she said.

We say Go Tanya, Go.

Please support her by liking her social media pages.

On to fashion news, I am happy with how some teens are embracing local labels.

Yes we all want Gucci, Prada, Armani and Jimmy Choo among others but seeing one donning a totem label T-shirt is just the thing, yeah.

Because knowing your traditions and history is half the battle to achieving a cool culture that you are comfortable with.

Keep cool and swagged up.

Crossing over to teen celebville, Brooklyn Beckham loves the camera as he has enrolled for photography lessons in New York recently.

He’s still learning the craft of photography, despite having recently shot a high-profile fragrance campaign for Burberry.

And keen to improve his already notable skills, the 17-year-old, headed to New York’s ‘The New School’, last Monday, with his expensive Leica camera in tow.

The teen cut a casual figure as he strolled to the arts and design university in Greenwich Village in a coordinated ensemble.

He styled his lengthy locks slicked back into a trendy topknot and wore a gold band on his right wrist.

The budding photographer underwent a costume change, switching into another white tee with the sleeves rolled up, a ripped pair of skinny black jeans and a matching black Adidas cap.

While he remained straight-faced for his trip to uni, Brooklyn recently showed his fun side by uploading a humorous video on Instagram.

Revealing his fancy footwork, he danced to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling” in a kitchenware store.

Dressed in dance appropriate sportswear, Brooklyn seemed to enjoy strutting his stuff, before sheepishly saying “nah nah stop” and obscuring the camera with a frying pan.

Adding a touch of retro cool to his outfit was a fashionable, but somewhat superfluous, dark beanie hat.

Within an hour of being uploaded to his Instagram page the video was liked by 84 500 of the teenager’s 7,7 million followers.

In a subtle nod to his status as a budding photographer, Brooklyn carried a vintage camera on a strap across his body during the impromptu dance routine.

Brooklyn recently shot Burberry’s Brit fragrance campaign in London.

Interesting!

Jumping to our coach potato this week, there is some good news as X-Men is set to be on television after Fox announced small screen live action version of Marvel’s mutants classic.

The Fox network has commissioned a pilot for the new action-adventure series based on X-Men, Variety reported recently.

According to TMZ, the new TV series will centre on a couple who discover their children possess mutant powers.

To protect them, they must go on the run and they team up with an underground network of mutants to fight for survival,

according to Variety.

In a statement, David Madden , president of entertainment at Fox Broadcasting, said: “There’s comic book adventure, emotional and complicated relationships and a rich, existing mythology from which to draw. With the brilliant production crew behind this project, it has all the makings of a big, fun and exciting new series”.
