Bulawayo Chiefs Announce Appointment of Benhilda Chauruka as Media Officer

BULAWAYO Chiefs has announced Benhilda Chauruka as the club’s new Media Officer.

Benhilda takes over a role recently held by Allen Mpofu, a former media intern at Chiefs.

She is also a proud product of the Bulawayo Chiefs Internship program and holds a degree in Media and Society Studies.

The club expressed great pleasure in seeing the fruits of its in-house training, stating
“This makes it our great pleasure to see the products of our in-house training offering us personnel that can take up roles at a professional level.”

In her new position, Chauruka will work to enhance the smooth flow of the club’s day-to-day media operations.

Additionally, she will spearhead the Chiefs Media Internship programme, which grooms energetic young people for exciting opportunities in the growing football fraternity.
