Bulawayo Chiefs mourn Chivhayo

BULAWAYO Chiefs Football Club has extended its condolences to the Chivhayo and Muteke families following the tragic deaths of Sir Wicknell Chivhayo and his wife, Lucy, in a helicopter crash.

The club also conveyed its sympathies to the families and friends of the other four victims who died in the crash last evening.

In a statement, Bulawayo Chiefs said the tragedy had affected many people and offered prayers to the bereaved families during the difficult period.

“During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to all those who have been affected by this tragic loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families and friends as they navigate this painful period,” said the club.

The club concluded by wishing the bereaved families strength and comfort as they come to terms with their loss.

“May their departed souls rest in eternal peace. May all those affected find comfort, strength and peace in the days ahead,” said Bulawayo Chiefs.
