BULAWAYO City Council is planning to introduce a 120 hour water shedding schedule as the City’s water supplies continue dwindling.
However, there are sharp divisions along councillors some are opposed to the move with a special council meeting to deliberate on the matter today having now dragged for more than an hour.
A press conference to brief the meeting had been set for 3.15pm but members of the media are still outside council chambers.
