FROM Zimbabwe to the world!
Once a diamond in the rough, dance choreographer Samantha Ncube Claire has been shining like a diamond in the sky —  dancing her way into the international showbiz industry.

Claire, a former Girls College student in Bulawayo, has been making noticeable achievements in foreign lands through her dance moves.

The hip-hop and contemporary African beats dancer has been making waves internationally, working hard to get to the top of the ladder.

Claire has been dancing far from home in countries as far as Norway, also gaining space in Germany. She has gone as far as Hollywood rubbing shoulders with choreographers of well known celebrities such as Beyonce and Ne-Yo.

“I have worked with Reyna Banks, a Hollywood choreographer who works with Beyonce and Neyo and award winning Hollywood dancer Amber Lilly,” said Claire.

The Pan African dancer is not only confined to American choreographers. She has also worked with South Africa’s television star Somizi Mhlongo in some of his dance videos, at the same time she was being mentored into acting by Sindi Dlathu and Gabriel Temudzani, actors in South Africa’s biggest soapies.

“I worked with some major players of South Africa’s showbiz. I have worked with Somizi, thereafter I began being mentored into acting by Sindi Dlathu and Gabriel who are some of the main cast of Muvhango,” she added.

Back home the dancer has had workshops in the capital where she has her group of dancers which she is grooming as dancers.

“I have workshops back home in Harare where I train a group of dancers, I’m also grooming more dancers in the continent,” she concluded.
