The Bulawayo Derby returns to Barbourfields Stadium on Wednesday afternoon, with Highlanders hosting Chicken Inn in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match.
The encounter comes days after Bosso defeated the Gamecocks via a penalty shootout in the Chibuku Super Cup.
Highlanders will be looking to make it two wins over their city rivals in the space of a few days, while Chicken Inn will be out for revenge.
Bosso are once again without head coach Benjani Mwaruwari, who continues to recover from illness.
