Bulawayo Division 2 semi-final draw on this afternoon

THE semi-final draw of the Bulawayo Province Division Two knock-out competition will be held at the Zifa offices this afternoon.

FMSA Umguza, Chicken Inn, Nabals and Quality Foods will go into the hat hoping to end their season with silverware.
FMSA Umguza were the biggest winners in the quarter-finals, thrashing Lobengula Stars 5-0, while Chicken Inn overcame Bantu Leopards 4-2 on penalties at Desert Stadium after the two teams could not be separated in regulation time.

Nabals FC edged Bhekeni Celtic 1-0 for their semi-final ticket and Quality Foods were 2-1 winners over Sabona Mzilikazi. The winner will walk away with $4 000, while losing finalists take home $2 000. Losing semi-finalists will get $1 000 each for their efforts.

This is the second competition Zifa Bulawayo Province has organised for lower division teams this season following the inaugural Zifa Bulawayo Province Cup won by Bulawayo City. The Zifa Cup was contested for by Division Two and Division Three teams, while the knockout tournament is only for Division Two teams. – @innocentskizoe
