FOUR Bulawayo robbers, facing a whopping twenty counts of unlawful entry and theft, appeared before Bulawayo Magistrates’ Court this week, denying all charges.

John Malunga (28), Menelisi Sibanda (24), Arise Moyo (29), and Fungai Chinjodzi (30) are accused of terrorising residents, snatching TVs, fridges, car batteries, and toolboxes in a string of daring raids.
Malunga, Moyo, and Chinjodzi chose to represent themselves, while Sibanda is defending himself through lawyer Mclean Mahaso of Liberty Mcijo and Associates. The State, represented by Arnold

Mudekunye, withdrew count 13 after the complainant was reported to be overseas and unable to attend the hearing.
Magistrate Itai Kagwere presided over the tense proceedings as the trial got underway.
