The City of Bulawayo has launched its second-quarter Customer Satisfaction Survey for the 2026 municipal year as part of ongoing efforts to assess and improve service delivery.
In a statement, City of Bulawayo spokesperson, Mrs Nesisa Mpofu, said the survey is designed to gauge residents’ views on the speed, quality, frequency and overall standard of services provided by the local authority.
She said the exercise seeks to generate valuable feedback that will help the city identify areas requiring improvement and strengthen customer service.
“It is also intended to obtain customer feedback that can be used to improve the overall customer experience in the future,” said Mrs Mpofu.
She encouraged residents to participate in the survey, saying their views would play an important role in shaping service delivery and ensuring the council responds more effectively to the needs and expectations of ratepayers.
The City of Bulawayo has in recent years intensified efforts to strengthen customer engagement through regular surveys and consultations as part of its commitment to improving accountability, transparency and service delivery.
