A 32-year-old Bulawayo man has appeared in court for entering ZRP Caravan Base premises and destroying property worth over US$1,000.

Bruno Murenje, from Cowdray Park suburb, appeared before Western Commonage magistrate Mr Archie Wochiwunga, facing charges of malicious damage to property.

Murenje, who is out of custody, was further remanded to September 11 by Mr Wochiwunga.

Prosecutor Mr. Tafara Dzimbanhete told the court that the incident occurred on June 26.
