A BULAWAYO woman is appealing for US$18 800 to undergo a bone marrow transplant at Workhard Hospital in Mumbai, India.
Mrs Rozinah Rejoice Chigumbura (42) from Buena Vista was diagonised with primary amyloidosis and heart disease in November last year.

However, since then, Mrs Chigumbura and her family have failed to raise the required money to pay for her medical bills as she is also undergoing chemotherapy. The procedure was scheduled for September this year but was re rescheduled to January next year.

A fundraising team called Walk the Talk of Hope, Love and Care for Rozinah has been set up to raise the money. The co-ordinator of the fundraising team, Mrs Tinei Ruzengwe, said their mission was to work with the community in organising and administering fundraising activities that will help in raising the needed funds.

“Rejoice is positive about life and her greatest desire is to get a chance to resume normal life as a mother, wife and a professional who will continue to serve her community,” said Mrs Ruzengwe.

She said those willing to help can contact the team on 0772475892/0713351625 or use the details below;
