LAST week the Saturday Chronicle stirred a hornet’s nest, didn’t it? Our list of the Most Beautiful Women in Bulawayo caused controversy.
People were livid at the choice, some hurled insults in disagreement, while others applauded, and approved that most if not all of the women on the list were the most beautiful from the city.
Others advocated for their wives to be put on the list of 10, believing that their better halves were more beautiful than the ones that Chronicle put forward. Daniell Mügg, on Facebook, said: “Clearly you have not met my wife.” On Twitter, Pro said: “Ucherry wami muhle ukudlula bonke labantu laba.”
Some even clamoured for Sandra Ndebele!
Chronicle readers gave suggestions of whom they believe is the most beautiful from Bulawayo and this week we present the readers’ choice.
Thank you for the feedback and all the wonderful insights, although some went on to cyberbully the women on the list, which is something that must be frowned upon.
Here is the list:
Donna N
Many readers were asking where is the Skyz Metro FM radio personality on the list. Donna N is also an award-winning actor, singer and MC.
