DRAMA rocked Entumbane this Saturday after a Tabernacle Church pastor’s hush-hush wedding turned into a full-blown showdown, thanks to his long-time girlfriend who stormed the ceremony and blew the lid off his double life!
Pastor Webby Mukoka, dressed to the nines in a crisp white jacket and sleek trousers, arrived early at Presbyterian Church near Entumbane High School, ready to tie the knot with his secret flame, the angelic Ms Millet Munenge.
Everything was set. The church was packed. The bride, veiled and glowing in a flowing white gown, made her grand entrance. But just as the officiating minister prepared to begin the vows, BOOM!
A hand shot up from the congregation.
“Objection! This man is married!” bellowed an elder — the uncle of Pastor Mukoka’s long-time girlfriend, who had taken a front-row seat with her entire family.
Pandemonium erupted.
Gasps, whispers, and a stunned silence took over the church before chaos ensued. The bride broke into tears, the pastor turned ghost-white, and church elders scrambled to calm the storm.
