BULAWAYO City head coach Mandla a?Lulua? Mpofu is optimistic that his charges will get the better of Dynamos in the first round of the Chibuku Super Cup.

He feels Dynamos have a lot of business going on and that will work to his advantage.

a?It was a fair draw and I believe my boys will do well against Dynamos. Dynamos are under pressure to do well as they are also chasing the league championship. We have been doing well in the second half of the season and Dynamos should not stop us,a? said Mpofu.

DeMbare are still to register success in the tournament since its return in 2014 and did not have much success either in the old edition which went off the calendar in 1988.

The best that DeMbare did in the tournament was reaching the final in 2015 in which they lost 2-1 to Harare City.
Last year they were booted out on penalties in the first round by How Mine.

The semi-finals will be played on 21 October while the final is set for November.
