Of question is will the seven artistes prove their worth and fill up the venue.
The event is a must-attend event for artistic lovers, offering a unique opportunity to experience the energy and talent of these incredible women.
Zimpapers Arts and Entertainment Hub caught with up the acts hours before the gig, and below are their responses.
Said Acquillah K who is the brain behind the show in partnership with Home of Arts Entertainment, P.L.A Fest and Ben Africa.

“Preparations are going very well. We are ready to rock the stage. It feels very exciting, because I’ve never shared the stage with some of them but because they are all talented artistes I’m more excited to be collaborating with them in this.
“The main objective is to interact and showcase our talents to the Bulawayo audience that already knows us and to those who don’t know us. People need to discover these female talents and start supporting,” said Acquillah K.

Said Mandie Mae:
“I feel honoured to be amongst Queens and some of the best female artists in the city. Sharing a stage with great performers and talents like these ladies is heartwarming and a privilege. I would love for the city to get to know about their female artistes. To do a follow-up even when they get home,on social media and spread the news so we have more people supporting local and finding their new favourite artists and songs from the artists that will perform there,” she said.
Said Lee McHoney;
“I’m so excited it’s surreal especially after a while without performing. This year started off on a high note. I’d like this event to bridge the gap between fans and artistes. And the venue is perfect for it. We usually get artistes attending other artists events. But with this one, all our fans have a chance to attend without constriction,” said Lee McHoney.

Said Poet Lethu;
“I feel grounded and affirmed. You rarely get spaces where women lead without compromise. Sharing a stage with artistes who are disciplined, skilled, and intentional sharpens your own performance. It raises the standard. It also confirms that Bulawayo has depth when it comes to women in the arts.
“I want this event to shift how women led shows are perceived. It should show that women can curate, perform, and deliver high quality experiences without dilution. It should open doors for more women to access stages, funding, and serious audiences. Most importantly, it should remind young women watching that their voices are valid and worth taking up space,” she said.
Said Luchi Shiki;
“I feel at home because Bulawayo is the City of Kings and Queens. Also I feel at home because I’m one of the best female acts in the city, so it’s only right for me to share the stage with the best. I’d like this event to encourage more upcoming artistes especially females to pursue a career in music.
“I’d like corporates to envision a future where the work with more creative female brands. Above all, I want this event to be a sweet memory for everyone who attends it,” said Luchi Shiki.
Said Yolly K;

“I’m excited to take the stage alongside some of the city’s top female acts. This is a prime opportunity to showcase my artistry and learn from the best in the game. I’m looking to make a statement, push my music to new heights, and inspire the next wave of young artists.
“This event is bigger than just my performance – it’s about highlighting the city’s vibrant music scene and creating a platform for talent to shine. I’m hoping to share my experience with young artists, show ’em what’s possible, and maybe motivate ’em to push their own boundaries. I’m confident in my abilities, and I’m here to make an impact. Let’s make this show one to remember,” said Yolly K.
