adminEFZ president Goodwill Shana told The Herald that all Christians should join hands from July 15–26 to pray for peace and harmony in the build-up to the election.
“We want to pray for peace. If we pray, God will hear us. As a nation, we need to humble ourselves before Him, to seek his face and turn from our wicked ways, so that he will heal our land,” he said.
Shana said there was a need to embrace peace across the political divide. “The Christian community should play its role in ensuring peace in the country as we prepare for the election,” he said.
“We must continue to pray for peace in our homes, peace in our parties, peace among our leaders, peace in our farms and peace in our villages.”
