Call for rigorous debate on Covid-19

President Mnangagwa has called for rigorous debates and strategies to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic and climate change adaptation among world leaders to advance collective aspirations.

He was addressing Heads of State and Governments and other dignitaries during the First Africa-Caribbean Community (Caricom) summit attended virtually this afternoon.

“With regards to the contemporary realities, we must encourage rigorous debates around responsive strategies to deal with the Covid19 pandemic and climate change adaptation as well as the socio-economic capabilities that can be harnessed to advance our collective aspirations,” said President Mnangagwa.
