CHAINS TO BE BROKEN AT ZITF! — Big conference draws nations to Bulawayo

Bulawayo is set to be the epicentre of a spiritual explosion as Spirit Filled International Ministries (SFIM) rolls out its highly anticipated Breaking Chains Conference, a four-day gathering that promises deliverance, healing and life-changing encounters.
Running from 28 to 31 August at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF), the event has been described as a soul-winning mission that will draw believers from across Zimbabwe, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

At the helm is Apostle Doctor Bwanya, the visionary founder of SFIM, who says the world is drowning in spiritual bondage and people are crying out for freedom. “Many are in bondage through the acts of the devil and demonic influence. Life becomes stagnant with many limitations. When we say we want to break these chains, we want to free people from sin and bad influence,” said Apostle Bwanya.

She warned that addictions such as drugs and alcohol are some of the strongest chains binding communities today. “Demons manifest through these weaknesses and make someone’s life stand still instead of going forward. We want to fight such addictions so that people can find peace and progress,” she said.

The conference is open to all who believe in the power of God. It is expected to be one of the biggest faith gatherings in the city this year, as the atmosphere is set to be charged with prayer, praise and prophecy.
Adding weight to the event will be the guest of honour, Pastor Mukhuba of South Africa, the revered founder of Unity Fellowship Church and Unity in Blessings Network (UBN). Apostle Bwanya said Pastor Mukhuba was specifically chosen because of her divine mandate. “Her preaching and teaching has the power to lead multitudes to Christ. She is an overseer appointed by God to shepherd His flock and disciple them in the ways of Christ,” she said.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Delivering and Preaching the Gospel to All Nations”, drawn from Matthew 28:19: Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

“Our aim is to win souls for the Kingdom of God. Pastor Mukhuba lives and breathes this calling. Her ministry speaks to the soul and her anointed gift of preaching makes her the rightful guest for this year’s edition,” said Apostle Bwanya.
To spice up the worship experience, award-winning gospel sensation Mathias Mhere will also minister in song, making the Breaking Chains Conference not just a spiritual war room but also a festival of praise.
Bulawayo — get ready, because the chains are about to fall!
