“I thank my parents for upkeep although none of them is enjoying the fruits of my labour because of death.

“Today as the nation celebrates Independence, I want to thank our living and fallen heroes who sacrificed their life to be what I am today.

“Above all, my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ died for us, resurrected for my life and gave me an opportunity to serve.

“This year I am celebrating Good Friday, Independence Day as well as my birthday.

“Born in Bulawayo, I grew up in Nerutanga, Buhera.

“After completing my Ordinary Level, I underwent a training for interior design course, Primary education diploma, studied Theology and opened two schools in Domboshava.

“The peace we are enjoying in this country is making it possible.

“His Excellency, President Mnangagwa’s mantra ‘Nyika inovakwa nekunamatirwa nevenevayo’ inspired me to take my brick and play my part.
