Hi Sis Noe
I am 35 and these days I am failing to get an erection. What is wrong with me?

You are suffering from erectile dysfunction and there is not much I can do for you but to tell you to go see a doctor about your problem. Besides seeing the doctor in order to get your mojo back, it’s important to identify the cause of your symptoms, because erectile dysfunction can be an early sign of other conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure or diabetes. I hope it is not a serious problem. God be with you.
Hi Sis Noe
Does exercising lead to better sex? Lately I have not been performing well and someone told me it’s because I am gaining weight, I should exercise.

For starters, a good cardiovascular routine helps build energy and stamina. Strength training and stretching can help you build muscles and improve flexibility so you do — and maintain — various sex positions. It also helps increase your blood flow, leading to easy arousal and orgasm. If you are a woman the other exercise you can do is the Kegel squeeze. It’s basically strength training for your pubococcygeus (or PC) muscles, which hold up your vagina, anus, uterus, bladder and urethra. The stronger these muscles, the more intense your orgasms. Don’t do Kegels regularly while urinating. This can lead to urinary tract and bladder infections.
Hi Sis Noe
Is sexting cheating?

Many people may not consider provocative texts to be a form of cheating. After all, they reason, you are only exchanging thoughts or fantasies, not bodily fluids. But ask yourself: Would you want your partner to read your exchanges and would they be hurt, angry or resentful if they did? If your partner wouldn’t feel comfortable with what you are doing, you are probably out of bounds. That’s cheating. Try to figure out what is missing from your relationship that you are looking for online. So don’t act out online. Rather, talk about it with your partner and expand your sex life together. Real sex beats the virtual kind any day.
Hi Sis Noe
I am a 28-year-old woman and I have never had an orgasm. Is something wrong with me?

According to research about 70 percent of women have never had an orgasm during intercourse without direct clitoral stimulation. So I cannot say you have a problem. If you can’t have orgasms with intercourse, you are normal. If you want an orgasm then it’s about time you tell him to stimulate your clitoris. If he is not averse, ask him to give you oral pleasure — the tongue is a powerful sex tool. If you have never experienced an orgasm — and about 10 percent of women have not — consider investing in lubricants (not oil, which can irritate sensitive vaginal tissues) and experiment alone. Don’t get discouraged if there are no immediate fireworks. The first time, it might take an hour of stimulation to produce an orgasm; it might also take many tries to get comfortable with the feelings of strong arousal. When you know what makes you orgasm then you can tell your man how to get you off.
