HARARE dealer Munyaradzi Chauraya, who is facing allegations of abusing his lover’s two-year-old daughter, was taken to the Harare Magistrates’ Courts on Monday.

However, he did not appear before a magistrate.

His case was moved back to the police for further investigations.

He will be summoned to court when investigations have been completed.

H-Metro is reliably informed that Chauraya is denying the accusations, citing that his manhood was different from the one on the video.

A medical affidavit is yet to be obtained.

The State is expected to also charge, Natalie Taruvinga, who is the minor’s mother, for allegedly being an accomplice.

The State confiscated Chauraya’s and Natalie’s mobile phones, as exhibits.

It is reported the child was taken from Natalie by the Department of Social Welfare before being handed to her father and will be under strict monitoring.

Reports claim Chauraya insists his manhood had something unique and was thus different from the one on the video, and will challenge any claim that it is his manhood.
