ROME was not built in a day!
This is rapidly becoming relatable to Bulawayo as many initiatives are emerging to adorn it.

After successfully launching her first Brazilian Steakhouse in Bulawayo in 2019, Silungile Nyoni felt the urge to launch another one the following year.
Nyoni said her idea is to bring finer things and soft life she has experienced while travelling the world to Bulawayo.
Last week, she launched a Cheese and Wine shop at Ascot Shopping Centre, in a colourful event that saw people getting a taste of some exotic wines and cheese.

“The Cheese and Wine shop is not my first venture into business.
I also have two Brazilian Steak Houses in Bulawayo.
The vision is to bring the nice outside world to Bulawayo even though we are planning to move to other cities in the country.
I have travelled the world and the travelling has led me to this exposure and the soft things.
The reason why I came up with the concept of the Cheese and Wine is because of the interest that I have in the nicer things in life, and how we can bring those things to Bulawayo.
We tend to miss out and to be behind in Bulawayo, but we need to have more of these different places that offer different kinds of services.’’
She also said, from the Cheese and Wine shop, patrons will gain knowledge on the wine and cheese ranges sourced locally and abroad.
“The reason behind the Cheese and Wine shop is to make people aware of different wines, educate them on where the wines are actually from and what makes them very different as well as to introduce other varieties that are not in Zimbabwe and also to pair the cheese and the wine.
We have experienced Sommeliers who will be giving our customers background on wines and cheeses, pairing and wine etiquette, which is a first of its kind in Bulawayo,’’ she said.
