Chelsea remain five points ahead of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League after a hard-fought draw at Stamford Bridge.

Loic Remy put the league leaders ahead when he converted a superb Eden Hazard cross from close range.

But the reigning champions were level within four minutes when David Silva diverted a cross from Sergio Aguero past home goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
