Fungai Muderere at Luveve Stadium
Chicken Inn and Manica Diamonds head into the break level at Luveve.
The opening goals came from George Majika and Lawrence Masibera.
Majika broke the deadlock for the Gamecocks in the 6th minute, brilliantly volleying home from just outside the box to hand the hosts the lead.
Moments later he almost had a brace, but his long-range effort sailed over the bar.
Chicken Inn were caught napping though, and Manica Diamonds captain Masibera leveled matters with a header.
From there, clear-cut chances were scarce.
Majika tried an overhead kick in the 35th minute but failed to connect properly.
