And Dzingirai has rallied her team to beat the Mbare side.
“They will be under pressure because they don’t want to lose to us and have a point to prove,” said Dzingirai.
“But we will surprise them and we really want to win this game.
“I will not focus much on how my former teammates play but I will meet them on the pitch and I am ready.” said Dzingirai.
Her coach, Backlyfield Chiwenga, said they were underdogs going into this tie.
“It is a big game and some of the players who were at Cyclone are now at Flame,” said Chiwenga.
“I also once coached Cyclone.
“So, there is a lot at stake and expectations from both sides. They are one of the big teams and obviously have a stronger side.
“We were a weaker side last season but we are no longer the same team as we believe we have assembled a good team and we think we can give them a good run.”
Cyclone Queens’ coach, Yohane Chikaola, chose to be cautious ahead of the game.
“It is a derby match to us,” said Chikaola.
“They have almost seven players from Cyclones and Faith Tamboonei and Loveness Kwicho are some of the players who went there before Chido and Erina.
“But on Saturday we will play our own football and they will do the same.”
Another pick of the weekend sees New Orleans hosting Black Rhinos at Raylton Sports club in Bulawayo tomorrow morning.
Last year the army side dominated winning both encounters but Orleans’ assistant coach, Nomsa “Boyz” Moyo, said they will give it their best shot.
“Our aim is to pick points and if we get chances we should win or draw,” said Moyo.
“We respect them, they have many national team players but on the pitch we won’t give them too much respect.
“We have new players we got from schools and are new to league football but we also have experienced players like Nokuthula Ndlovu and Portia Mukucha,” said Moyo.
The army side, that has won their opening two matches, will probably face the toughest competition this season and coach, Thomas Chinyan’anya, says he may miss some key players due to injuries.
“Rufaro is still serving her suspension. And I have injuries to captain Kuda Basopo, Viola Ndlovu and Process Chatsama and this is my major worry and if they don’t recover in time and may disturb the rhythm of the team.
“New Orleans are confident after winning first match last weekend and we are rivals and we expect a good game.
“Last year we beat them 3-2 away and it was after a struggle and at home we won 2-0 again. It would be a tough game for us,” said Chinyan’anya.
