Service delivery at Chirundu One-Stop Border Post has improved following the installation of cameras and new computers as
part of Government’s digitisation drive.
A total of 32 cameras and 12 new computers with updated hardware and servers have been installed on the Zimbabwean side of
the border as part of the One-Stop Border Management System (OBMS) which is currently in its initial phase.
Special Advisor to the President on Monitoring Implementation of Government Programmes and Projects, Dr Jorum Gumbo
toured the border post on Thursday to have an appreciation of the progress made on the upgrading system.
He also visited semi and finished housing units being constructed by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) for its staff.
