Chiyangwa, Sibanda to cheer Chicken Inn

ZIFA president Philip Chiyangwa and his deputy Omega Sibanda will tonight be part of the 2,000 plus Zimbabweans to cheer on Chicken Inn in their crack Caf Champions League second leg clash against Mamelodi Sundowns at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in South Africa. The Zifa delegation will make a stopover in South Africa on their way from Zurich, Switzerland, where they had gone to participate in the Fifa elections.

The presence of the Zifa leadership is expected to be a huge morale booster for the Joey Antipas coached boys who carry a 1-0 lead from the first leg at Barbourfields Stadium two weeks ago.

Four supporters’ buses left Bulawayo yesterday afternoon for the epic encounter while the 2,000 South African based Zimbabwean fans were organised by the Highlanders South Africa Supporters Chapter.
