FOUR cholera patients are receiving treatment in Bulawayo’s Thorngrove Infectious Diseases Hospital.
This was revealed during the Provincial Development Committee meeting.
While Bulawayo City Council boycotted the meeting, one of the provincial directors in the Office of the President and Cabinet Bulawayo, Mrs Fikile Marovatsanga, revealed the latest update, saying the brief is coming from the city’s health services director Dr Edwin Sibanda Mzingwane.
Minister Ncube expressed concern over the increasing number of cholera cases saying last week, the city only had one active case.
