After jetting over to Los Angeles with David Beckham on Thursday, Chris Martin is back to his favourite of all duties – spending time with his children. The Coldplay frontman, 37, was spotted in full doting dad mode as he took his offspring – Apple, 10, and Moses, eight – out to dinner in Malibu, California, on Saturday. And just to make the treat extra special, he also allowed them to bring a group of their pals along for a visit to the Malibu Inn.
The unshaven rocker was casually dressed for the occasion, wearing a blue distressed polo top with slim-cut jeans and black hi-top trainers, as he strolled with his arm around son Moses.
His children with estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow were also California casual in their ensembles of choice.
Chris, who is currently dating Jennifer Lawrence, has reportedly been introduced to the Oscar-winning beauty’s parents.
The American Hustle star flew her mother, Karen Lawrence, over to Los Angeles to meet her new beau and they are reportedly already talking about spending the holiday season together.
Her grandmother Carolyn Koch recently told The Sun On Sunday: “Jennifer’s mum flew to Los Angeles to meet Chris. We will have to get another chair for the dinner table at Christmas.
“The family is getting so big we might have to split up for gatherings.”
Chris – who split from Gwyneth Paltrow in March after 11 years of marriage – was recently spotted kissing his new girlfriend at a Kings of Leon concert in Hollywood.
Jennifer has also been seen outside the singer’s Malibu property on multiple occasions.
According to the 24-year-old actress’ proud grandfather, Colin Koch, she isn’t so keen on the attention she receives when she goes out.
He explained to The Sun On Sunday: “Jennifer doesn’t like the hype.
“She looks like she really enjoys doing TV interviews but she’s just a great actress.” — Dailymail.
