Harare Bureau Ngezi Platinum 1- 2 Harare City
Moses Chunga got off to a great start as Harare City coach when he led the Sunshine Boys to a win over Ngezi Platinum away at Baobab yesterday. Two strikes in each half by Ronald Chitiyo, back from a long injury lay-off, and William Manondo were enough to bag City three points and give Chunga victory in his first match.

And for the first time Francisco Zekumbawira wore the captain’s arm band and he led from the front impeccably. Already Chunga is looking ahead to his next match against Bulawayo City on Saturday at Barbourfields.

“It was a good day in office and every coach needs such a good start. But this is already behind us, I’m looking at our next match. “It’s like getting your first pay cheque. It’s so sweet and I’ll spend it the sweetest way I know how and I’ll get paid again in the next match.

“It was a good match and a good three points. There’s no bad win”. Meanwhile, Caps United were held to a goalless draw by Triangle at the National Sports Stadium.
