CID boss Charumbira trial date set

THE trial of Criminal Investigations Department (CID) director Commissioner Chrispen Charumbira, where he is facing a number of criminal abuse of office allegations, has been set for next month.

Charumbira today appeared before regional magistrate Mr Stanford Mambanje who set September 14 as his trial date.
