City Parking gets ISO certification

CITY Parking (Pvt) Ltd has attained ISO 9001:2015 certification under the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ), highlighting the company’s commitment to quality management and customer satisfaction.

In a statement, the company said the certification was a step towards enhancing service delivery and improving operational efficiency.

“This commitment to the Quality Management System helps improve service quality and customer experience,” read the statement.

An official certificate handover ceremony is scheduled for August 7, 2025, where key stakeholders, regulatory bodies and business partners are expected to attend.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, process approach and continual improvement.
